Return Policy
We are thankful for your support! We’ve partnered with an on-demand printing company were we can strive for the highest quality on our products. In the off-chance that you receive a misprinted/damaged item, please let us know within ten (10) days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, please notify us no later than fourteen (14) days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense, and either a replacement will be sent at no cost to you, or a refund will be issued.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the on-demand order fulfillment company that works with us. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Returns - We don’t offer returns or exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at nomad@nomadartprojects.com.
